Can I mix
up my order with different types of balls?
Yes, this may effect your pricing and delivery
times. Some products run low in stock and may be unavailable
in your time frame. A common request is to supply women's
golf balls along with men's. Please call for details.

What about
shipping information?
Most orders are shipped within 5 days of
final artwork and after payment has been completed. This
payment applies to new customers only. See Details for payment.
Ground shipping times are never guaranteed. They tend to
take 1-2 days longer than quoted. If you have an account
with a delivery service please specify details. Shipping
times vary from location to location. Please call for details.
A useful thing to know is that golf balls weigh about 1.6
lbs per dozen, including packaging.

How long does
it take?
Standard production time is 5-7 days after
art work has been approved.
Larger orders from the golf ball manufacturer
takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks
NOTE: The golf ball printing business has
high and low seasons. Times will vary, spring and summer
deliveries will take longer and fall and winter will be
faster.

Yes, 6 dozen for 1 colour, 12 dozen for
2 colours, 24 dozen for 3 or more colours

Can I see
what my logo will look like before ordering?
Yes, Save on Balls can provide you with
a proof by fax, or email showing actual size and colour
of your logo.

Do you charge
for special colour matching?
The basic ink colours are yellow, black,
red, blue, and green. All other colours require matching,
a $5 charge per colour applies.

What are the
P.M.S. Colours?
This is a system used for matching colours.
It applies to all printing companies throughout the world.
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System.

What about
rush orders?
Save on Balls wants to supply our customers
with the highest imprinting quality available. Ink needs
time to dry. Any orders under 5 days are deemed rush orders
and a $25.00 charge will apply. Please call to discuss details.

All this information can be confusing. Save
on Balls suggests you contact the people who print your
business cards or stationary. They can supply it on a diskette
or email it. The ideal image will have at least 200 "dpi"
dots per inch. Or, if time is not an issue please mail it
to Save on Balls.
